Regarding the entire website, I wanted it to have the same feeling that the town itself has. That feeling of being surounded by the water and embrasing the culture of those that do so. I chose mostly blue colors that are similar to the color of the ocean water for the background, and chose a simple black color for the text to make it easy to read within the page. The images have blend nicely into the websites background, making them feel nice to the viewer.
I also used some of the assets from the kickstarter website used in assignment 8, such as the buttons and top menu bar. I had to organize them so that they fit in well with the page. They proved to be difficult to fit properly into the page, but I was able to find a way to make them work well.
